◆Responsibility:
Working independently to purchasing local and import Goods about Automotive parts also contained Chinese label and package. Analyzing the demand forecast data in order to control the stock to achieve best cost level and meet sales every month.
1).Collecting demand forecast and analyzing the data, then release order for reasonable quantity
to all kinds of supplier. And control stock at one time.
2).Work with supplier to facilitate partnership, mutual trust and communication improvement.
And improvement to achieve highest quality and lowest cost.
3).Maintain new part number in SAP once new projects were build by marketing. Do the management to warehouse and local supplier but not limited to raw material supply.
4).Procure component parts cost-effectively and keep the delivery to meet the demands received
5).Deal with some urgent case and find a good method to solve, and also follow up all orders till doing payment. Communicate and coordinate actively in case of any changes.
Also do some report, such as E&O report for slow moving & obsolete stock, OTTR report for supplier performance, etc According to control the stock to achieve reasonable Inventory turn.
